Okay, here's the thing. There is no staff to spend hours dealing with emails, so I'm not encouraging their use- Forestheart Studio is primarily an on-site retail store, rather than a mail order or internet store. We'll happily ship things to you, but coming in or calling on the phone are greatly preferred over email, because we can ask/answer the many questions that usually come up, and clear up the confusions much more efficiently. And the phone gets answered in a timely manner- but email can get lost in the dozens (or more) that pile up each day. One of our strengths is our knowledgable staff- and the benefit of that just doesn't come across smoothly via email.

I need to preserve time to do the wonderful things that are the reason for Forestheart Studio- so please help keep the creativity thriving, call if you can, email sparingly, and please be specific in subject lines!

Thanks.

PS: yeah, I know I could make a bundle on the net- that's just not what I want my days or my work to be about. There are many things I want to throw more time at- email isn't one of them. Forestheart is about making wonderful things with really good tools and really nice materials- for you, and for me, too. That means spending some time in the garden, some time doing my own creative work, and a reasonable amount of time running the shop.

If it's bad for me, in the end it will be bad for my customers too. I'm hoping by telling you the situation, we'll be able to have win-win, day after day, and the internet and computer will be a tool that we use,
not the other way around!

Enjoy.
